Reasons for return:
- The camera arrived broken. If you received a broken camera, please contact us immediately, send a photo/video of the camera and describe the damage, we'll help you solve the problem. If the fault is serious, then you can return the camera and get your money back or choose another camera as a replacement.
- The camera didn't suits you. If the camera does not fit or you do not like it, i.e. you wish to return the product for reasons other than a malfunction or defect, then in this case you will be charged the costs of return shipping and a restocking fee:
Cameras under $200: 15% restocking fee
Cameras over $200: 10% restocking fee
This fee helps cover the costs of retesting, cleaning, photographing, and relisting the item.
