  • Within the first 30 days of receiving your camera, you are eligible for return if the camera didn't suits you. Please read the return policy in this case below.

  • Within 90-day period, full-refund or exchanges are available exclusively for items experiencing mechanical or electrical issues covered under warranty. Read about warranty cases and return policies in this case below.

Reasons for return:

  • The camera arrived broken. If you received a broken camera, please contact us immediately, send a photo/video of the camera and describe the damage, we'll help you solve the problem. If the fault is serious, then you can return the camera and get your money back or choose another camera as a replacement.

  • The camera didn't suits you. If the camera does not fit or you do not like it, i.e. you wish to return the product for reasons other than a malfunction or defect, then in this case you will be charged the costs of return shipping and a restocking fee:

Cameras under $200: 15% restocking fee

Cameras over $200: 10% restocking fee

This fee helps cover the costs of retesting, cleaning, photographing, and relisting the item.

Condition requirements for non-defective returns:

  • Items must be returned in the condition received, without signs of damage caused by mishandling (e.g., water damage, drop damage, or improper use such as excessive force on an advance lever).

  • Returns are not accepted if the issue was clearly mentioned in the original product description or depicted in product photos (e.g., dead pixels, scratched lenses, resolution, memory card compatibility).

Pack carefully:

  • Please package returns securely with sufficient bubble wrap to avoid shipping damage. If an item is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you without a refund.

  • Verified defective or damaged items will qualify for reimbursement of return shipping fees. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Misrepresented Returns:

  • If a claimed defect is found to be inaccurate upon inspection, the camera will be returned to you at your expense without issuing a refund. So please be honest with us.

How to start a return

Step 1

Contact us at Email, WhatsApp or Instagram to initiate a return request, tell us your order number and describe the reason for the return.

Step 2

If the return is accepted, you will be given an address to return the camera, then you need to send your package to this address and then provide us with the tracking number of the package.

Step 3

As soon as the package arrives, we will inspect the camera, check with your complaints and if everything matches, we will refund your money or, if you wish, send you a replacement.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Refunds are made in a way convenient for you.
